The common pain killer “diclofenac” sold under the brand names Cambia, Cataflam, Voltaren, Voltaren-XR, Zipsor and Zorvolex has been linked to a high risk of heart attack’s and stroke.

People who took Diclofenac for 30 days had a 50 percent higher chance of suffering a heart attack or stroke compared to people who didn’t take it. This is a very high rate. Which begs the question- why was this not detected in the initial trials and how has this drug been on the market for this long?
